Refunds & Returns


Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below.

In general, you can return an unwanted product to us, provided:

-it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached;
-it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).
-it is not missing any accessories or parts;
-you log a return on the Website within 14 days of delivery to you here

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective, damaged or the incorrect size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please fill out a form here.

Shipping
Items returned to us for any reason (except for defective products) will be at your own expense. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund should the returned item not be deemed defective by us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
