This policy explains what information Pass FNP ("we," "us") collects when you visit passfnp.com, buy from us or use the Pass FNP study app, and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Order information: your name, email address, billing address and order details. Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers (such as Shop Pay and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
  • App account information: your email, name, study preferences (such as your target exam and test date) and your activity in the app, including progress, quiz answers, flashcard reviews, notes and highlights.
  • AI Coach conversations: the questions you ask the FNP AI Coach and its answers.
  • Device and usage information: your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and how you arrived at our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Messages to support: anything you send us by email.

How we use it

  • To deliver your purchase and unlock it in the app
  • To run the app, save your progress and personalize your study plan
  • To answer your support requests
  • To process payments and prevent fraud
  • To measure and improve our ads, website and products
  • To send emails about your order and, if you opt in, study tips and offers (unsubscribe anytime)

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Pass FNP:

  • Shopify, for our store, checkout and order emails
  • Payment processors, to take payments
  • Base44, which hosts the Pass FNP app and its data
  • AI model providers, which process AI Coach questions to generate answers
  • Advertising and analytics partners such as Meta, to measure and show our ads

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as "sharing" under certain US state laws, and you can opt out by contacting us.

Cookies

We use cookies and pixels to keep the store working, remember your cart, understand traffic and measure ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as needed for tax and accounting. We keep your app data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and app data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, or opt out of targeted advertising. Email support@passfnp.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure.

Children

Pass FNP is built for nursing students and nurse practitioners. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
