These terms apply when you use passfnp.com, buy a Pass FNP product or use the Pass FNP study app. By doing any of these, you agree to these terms.

1. What you're buying

Pass FNP products are digital study tools for the Family Nurse Practitioner board exams. When you buy one, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own study. Most products include lifetime access; the FNP AI Coach includes 31 days of access per purchase. "Lifetime" means for as long as Pass FNP offers the app.

2. Your account

Your purchase unlocks in the app when you create an account with the email you used at checkout. Keep your login private. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared, resold or used by a group or institution without our written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You may not copy, download in bulk, redistribute, resell or publicly post our content, including guide pages, questions, flashcards or AI Coach answers. You may not scrape the app, get around access controls or use it to build a competing product. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

4. Educational use only

Pass FNP is a study aid. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for clinical judgment, current clinical guidelines or your organization's protocols. Always verify information before using it in patient care.

5. No guarantee of results

We build our content around the topics the AANP and ANCC exams cover, but we cannot guarantee that you will pass any exam. Your results depend on your preparation.

6. AI Coach

The FNP AI Coach generates answers automatically from our study materials. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check important information against the guide or another trusted source.

7. Not affiliated

Pass FNP is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the AANP Certification Board or the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

8. Orders and pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. We may change prices or products at any time. We may cancel an order that appears fraudulent or was placed at an incorrect price, and we will refund you if we do.

9. Refunds

All sales are final except as described in our Return and refund policy.

10. Intellectual property

All content on passfnp.com and in the app, including text, questions, flashcards, images, the Pass FNP name and logo, belongs to Pass FNP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

11. Disclaimer

Our products and app are provided "as is." We work to keep them accurate and available, but we don't promise they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pass FNP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including exam outcomes or decisions made in clinical practice. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Pass FNP means you accept the update.
